With barely six months after volume 2 has being released, comes another head banging, yet lyrically inclined tape that has been slowly natured to suit the vibes of the summer season.
KwaNdebele Hip hop Mixtape Vol.3 is set to drop during the busy month of December. This volume is a lot different from previous volumes in that it has been tailor made to strike a balance between commercial and underground. While underground artists hold it down lyrically you also get other artists who will get you dancing non stop this summer. The mixtape will feature 30 tracks from artists around Mpumalanga mixed by Melton aka Beat Mentor from Keep Moving Studios.
Vol.3 follows after the successful release of Vol.2 which was mixed by Thabs the acid from Emalahleni (Witbank) who earned a spot on South African Hip Hop Awards '14 (SAHHA) King of Mpumalanga nomination. SAHHA is scheduled to take place on the 17th of December at Gold Reef City's Lyric Theatre where Thabs will be going against other 2 contenders for the fore mentioned category.

KwaNdebele Hip Hop Mixtape Volume 2: Rise of MP
In a province with limited avenues for the promotion of hip hop music and scarcity of record deals, artists have united in the name of marketing themselves and push their music beyond borders of radio airplay. With a good reception of volume 1, it was evident that there was a need to cover more geographically scattered independent hip hop artists from Mpumalanga with a common goal to put Mpumalanga on a national hip hop spectrum, networking and reach out to more masses.
Volume 2 covers artists from the following areas from Mpumalanga:
- Mamethlake
- Kwaggafontein
- Gembokspruit
- Tweefontein
- KwaMhlanga
- Moloto
- Emalahleni
- Leandra
- Ermelo
- Secunda
